Music I listen to

Anything from the 60s. Got the jackie album for christmas and love that as well.

Movies I like

Well i love the classics like Scrooge, A christmas Carol, Soldier Boy, and the films i go gaga over are one to do with the 1930 to 1940s. War brides is the type of thing i mean.
I cant watch anthing with animals in especially if they are dying or get hurt. Lassie is a no no with me, as are films about kids dying. The americans are good at making those. Hate horror films as well. Just cant abide the music.

People I look up to

The first person i can say ive ever looked up to is my gran who is no longer here. What a hard working and strong willed woman she was. I do admire that.
Second is my hubby. He is a tower to me all the time. Asks for littel but gives such a lot. Works hard so i can stay at home and be me. Plus he dont mind me spending money. As long as im happy, then he is happy.

My location

Interesting facts about me

Well im married to the most wonderful man that walked Gods earth. We have 6 children between us who we are so very proud of.
I live in kent in a hoo. That is we are between villages. One side we have Minster village and the other side we have Monkton Village. Our home is a hugh inside and out. We have a very posh stable block with air con for the horses in summer. A newly laid menage to train the horses on, 5 paddocks of post and rain fencing, and flood lit lighting for the darker nights.
Our garden in divided into 3 areas around the house. The most impressive part of the garden is the pond. Its 80ft long, 40ft wide and 7ft 10inches deep. We have about 200 to 300 gold fish in there. Its a very natural area arounf there so attracts lots of butterflies and birds.

The house when we got it was very tired and dated. So we have had it fully decorated to suit our taste. In total we have 13 rooms but have been given planning for another 10 to be built. So that will give us 23 rooms. Two rooms will be knocked into one so i have an even bigger craft studio. Right now i have a lovely studio over looking the stables and the fields but i get too many flies in the summer so will go to the north of the house and have the double room.

We have 4 children at home and they all go to a school that is half hours drive away. Having only lived here for 18 months its a bit of a shock for them having to leave the house at 7.30am each morning to catch the school bus.
We have 4 British bulldogs who are the love of my life. I siomply adore the breed and hope to breed one of my girls later this year.
I also have 4 horses. one is only a foal that we bred last year and he isnt a rider yet. One is a champion who wins everything for me. he is the star of the show and im very proud indeed of him.

Ive been a card maker and scrapbooker for 8 years now. Ive completed about 12 albums . There is an album for each of the kids, the dogs have one, the horses have one. Me and my hubby have one, the holidays we take have one. In fact i scrapbook anything i can. Ive got at least 9 albums that have not been finished yet. Card making has taken up a lot of my time so the scrapnbooking has fallen to the side for now.
Im also very interested in ATCs. Im hoping to start doing them as well.

I dont have to work as my hubby owns his company and earns enough to keep me at home. I have a handyman who comes in 2 days a week to keep the outside looking nice and do any repairs that may need doing.
My days are filled with doing the horses, and the dogs, caring for the children and playing with my crafting toys. For 2008 i have made the promise i wont be buying as many things as i need to use what i have got first. My studio is cramed to the rafters with things in cabinets, and storage. I have too much and need to calm it kermie, lol.

I dont drink but i love coffee. Im a coffee addict and drink at least 20 cups a day given the chance. I alos love water and drink as much of that as i can. I like to keep fit and healthy so eat healthy foods. Im 44 years old and intend on keeping my size 8 jeans and 10 top. Clothes are a weakness of mine as are designer handbags. Im a fan of Chloe and Prada bags. I get all mine from Harrods and Harvy Nics. Hubby treats me to at least 2 a year and i buy at least one. Cant afford any more even if i wanted too :(

Colours i love are lilac, pink, and blue. I love things that sparkle and im a real girlie girl if you know what i mean?

I shop an awful lot at QVC for their jewellery and beauty products. I love Elemis, Gatineau, and Decleor. Having a facial one a month is my treat. I also love to have my nails manicured.

Think that is all about me really. If you are ever down this part of kent and fancy a natter then pop in and see me. All is welcome as long as you like kids, dogs and horses, lol

Tina

Edited to say that i now only have 3 horses as Cargo my mare was put to sleep 19th jan 2008 R.I.P my beautiful gir.
